Precision full closed loop servo press

The controller of integrated press mounting machine based on drive control is provided, which can directly drive servo motor, connect pressure sensor and grating ruler, etc. to complete the full closed-loop control of precise position and pressure of electric cylinder.
The optimized actuator ensures the flatness and parallelism of the template, the position accuracy and axial circular runout of the electric cylinder shaft, and assists customers to cancel the complicated devices such as guidance, positioning and anti overpressure in the previous tooling, so as to reduce the tooling cost and realize rapid mold change and production adjustment.
